Science and Partnerships for Agriculture Conference (SPAC)
Event details
The 2024 edition of SPAC will be an event rich in exchanges, with conferences and numerous other meetings. It will host the third biennial conference on climate-smart agriculture in Africa, the conference on knowledge management for agricultural development (KM4AgD), as well as the AU-EU Horizon Europe partnership projects coordinated by FARA, namely CEAFIRST and StEPFoS. In addition, there will be a workshop on progress in the application of foresight in African agriculture, and a brainstorming workshop on the AfDB-supported Technologies for African Agriculture (TAAT) program.
The conference will provide a unique opportunity to bring together high-level personalities from the African and European agricultural worlds to address emerging issues affecting the continent. The various conferences and their participants will provide essential technical and political information from different commitments.
