From January 29 to 31, 2025, CORAF will be holding the 37th Ordinary Session of its Board of Directors. Chaired by Dr. Kalifa TRAORE, this important meeting will take place in virtual mode, and will focus on key issues for the organization. The session will be an opportunity to assess internal governance and provide a detailed update on the performance of the Executive Secretariat. Key objectives include:

• Governance monitoring, with review and approval of strategic documents;
• Performance evaluation, to ensure that CORAF's actions are in line with its mission and priorities. 

At the end of the three-day meeting, CORAF plans to adopt the minutes of its 37th session, as well as a number of activity reports essential to the smooth running of current programs. As a reminder, the Governing Board (GB) is responsible for the overall governance of CORAF and supervises the Executive Secretariat. It oversees the technical and financial implementation of approved programs and activities.
