As of October 05, all CORAF Executive Secretariat staff are on a team-building retreat at Terrou Bi in Dakar.
The aim of this meeting is to reinforce cohesion within the team, to encourage work and the achievement of CORAF's objectives.
Staff members will also have the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas on a number of topics, including leadership, protocol, and much more.
"CORAF Management has initiated the Executive Secretariat staff retreat, to strengthen team spirit among Executive Secretariat staff," said CORAF Director of Management Services, Ms Safouratou ADARIPARE.
"As well as reminding us of the fundamental social and professional values needed for teams to function well and achieve their objectives, the seminar will also help to break the routine and give new energy to staff," she added.
The October 2022 retreat is scheduled to last three (03) days, featuring a series of training sessions, group exercises and other group activities.
The previous iteration of the CORAF staff retreat was held at the same venue, in March 2022.
