As usual, the Board of Directors met with two main items on the agenda:

  • Monitoring corporate governance; and
  • Performance review of the Executive Secretariat.

Dr. Maria Angela P. Barreto Da Veiga MORENO, President of the CORAF Board of Directors, led the work of the three-day session, which examined and approved several documents covering the second half of the 2022 financial year.

These include, but are not limited to, the report of the 32nd ordinary session of the Board of Directors (CA32), the various reports of the Executive Secretariat and the Executive Director, the draft Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB) for 2023, the report of the Scientific and Technical Committee, and so on.

As a prelude to CA33, CORAF held the 8th ordinary session of its Executive Committee last December.
