The West and Central African Council for Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF) is a sub-regional organization made up of the national agricultural research systems of 23 West and Central African countries. It was created in 1987, with a mandate to coordinate and facilitate the innovative, cutting-edge research products needed to unleash the agricultural potential of West and Central Africa.
