CORAF Communications and Marketing Manager steps down

Published on: 28/02/2022

Dear family, friends and partners of CORAF,

At CORAF, we believe that keeping our stakeholders and partners up to date with the latest information and updates is an essential priority.

Mr. David AKANA's last day as Head of Communications and Marketing was February 28, 2022. David's time at CORAF was rich in innovation and digital advances, as we implemented our Communication and Marketing strategy to reach a wider audience. He was a real asset to our team, and we'll miss him. He regularly coordinated with our regional and national National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS) teams and oversaw communications operations as we worked across West and Central Africa.

CORAF has benefited from David's dedication and spirit. We are grateful for the time we have spent with David and know that many others are too, and we wish him well in the next stage of his career. David will continue to work with CORAF as an independent consultant, as required from time to time. In the meantime, a vacancy announcement has been made and we ask you to bring it to the attention of any talent you know who might fit the profile.

CORAF is committed to continuing to provide you with the outstanding communications support you deserve. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about communications and marketing or any other CORAF activity.
